Kopano Groupware: Synchronised mails, documents, contacts & appointments

We have been supporting the new Kopano Groupware server software for Linux since mid-2016 and have now finalised the complete migration from Zarafa to the new successor. Of course, we will continue to provide support for solutions and licenses running on the basis of Zarafa already. If you wish to, we will also be happy to assist you with a transition to Kopano.

With a new product strategy, Kopano offers a completely new kind of communication experience! Enhanced features increase employee productivity, improve team collaboration, and enable a more efficient organisation of your work. The major changes compared to the previous solution relate to the MAPI connection of Microsoft Outlook, which is replaced by an ActiveSync connection. Based on Z-Push, Kopano continues to support mobile devices like smartphones and PDAs. This enables a much easier communication with Windows Mobile, Apple (iPhone, iPad, iPod, etc.) and Android mobile devices.

All data you entrust us with are hosted exclusively in German data centres and only transmitted with secure SSL certificates. This way, we can guarantee security at the highest possible level and without human resources for your company. We warmly recommend the high quality Kopano Basic Edition which contains in addition to the included licenses also direct support by Kopano. The Community Edition is a nightly build version that serves test purposes and has a limited quality assurance.
