08/2014 - Microsoft has to grant access to users' data in Europe

Microsoft's objection concerning a respective search warrant of the US legal authority was dismissed. [source: Zeit Online]. Microsoft is indeed fighting against the judgement which has not yet become effective. However, is it legitimate to trust Cloud-services provided by US concerns and their subsidiaries like for instance Office 365, Dropbox, etc. as a managing director the light of this legal position? Are German data protection regulations not violated automatically? We would be happy to advise you on all questions regarding the safety of your data on the internet. Our services are exclusively based on Open Source solutions located in German datacentres.
